We are seeking a strategic and accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and drive the financial strategy of the company. The CFO will oversee financial planning, risk management, and reporting to ensure the organization's financial strength and sustainability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute the financial strategy of the company.
- Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Provide leadership in financial decision-making to support company goals and growth.
- Manage cash flow, treasury, and capital allocation to optimize financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory financial requirements.
- Lead and coordinate audits, working closely with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors and financial institutions.
- Mentor and lead the finance team to ensure high performance and professional development.

**Requirements**:

- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in finance, with at least 8-10 years in a senior leadership role.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic financial planning and risk management.
- Strong expertise in financial software and advanced financial modeling.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of contributing to business growth and financial stability.
