**Job Title: Application Support Analyst**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with development and operations teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure system stability.
- Utilize **SQL**to manage and query relational databases effectively.
- Monitor system health and performance using tools such as **Datadog**, **CloudWatch**, or **Prometheus/Grafana**, and address issues as they arise.
- Leverage scripting skills, particularly in **Python**, to automate routine tasks and improve support efficiency.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders, ensuring timely updates and effective resolution of issues.
- Stay curious and adaptable to new tools and technologies, maintaining a continuous learning mindset.

**Requirements**:

- **CAT-1 clearance**or eligibility.
- **Minimally 4 years**of relevant experience
- Degree in **Computer Science**, **Information Technology**, or a related field.
- Proficiency in **Java Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, SQL, and scripting (Python).**:

- Hands-on experience with **Cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP)**and **containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)**:

- Familiarity with **monitoring and logging systems.**:

- Excellent **troubleshooting skills**and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
