Our client in the pharmaceutical industry is looking for a local country HR manager.

**Your new role**

Reporting to the HR Director (based in Malaysia), the HR manager will be performing the following duties but not limited to:

- Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process (advertisement, interviewing, hiring and onboarding)
- Administrating the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) functions in system operation, evaluation and maintenance.
- Adhere to department needs by developing & implementing high quality Talent Management and Organization
- Translating and implementing the departments business plans in the form of a HR strategy; to act as a liaison between the department and other HR services
- Assist in HR administration duties from review, update and completeness in filing.
- Assist in payroll matters as and when required.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimum of 5 - 7 years of mixed recruitment, OD/TM experience, ideally supported by HR generalist experience
- Experience in the pharmaceutical / life science industry preferred
- Strong proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Good presentation skills
- Able to work in a systematic and structured environment
