**Job Scope**:The Head of Business - Ex-China Market is responsible for

leading and managing operations in markets outside of China, aligning with the vision, mission, and core values of the Group.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the overall Group P&L and performance in markets outside of China, focusing on the injection molding and related machinery industry.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive the Group to achieve its goals and objectives in the Ex-China market.
- Lead the Senior Management Team to grow the organization into an industry leader.
- Ensure alignment of all business practices, objectives, and goals with Group HQ.
- Assess and minimize financial and legal risks for the Group.
- Drive profitability and growth, leveraging the market potential outside of China.
- Spearhead the Company’s digitalization initiatives to modernize operations and increase market competitiveness.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field relevant to the machinery industry.
- Minimum of 20 years of executive-level operational experience, with a preference for experience in the machinery or manufacturing sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication across all organizational levels.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment, adapting to diverse market dynamics outside of China.
- Competency in building both long-term strategies and short-term tactical plans.
- Regular interaction with the Executive Management Team is required; proficiency in the English and Mandarin is necessary.
