Business Development Executive

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy **Business Development **Executive **to help us build up our business activities in China and Singapore
Our growing company is in need of an experienced and resourceful Business Development Executive to develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets. We're searching for professionals that are familiar with China market and relevant experience in China to help establish our footprint in China. The executive will work with the Singapore team with China as our secondary market.
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.
- Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks.
- Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
- Research and identify new market opportunities especially in China
- Prepare and deliver pitches to potential investors.
- Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or relevant role
- Proficiency in Chinese and English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
- Understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Experience in China is a must
- Education qualification is not key as long as the above are fulfilled
