**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the Business Development team in its regular functions towards executing the organisation’s strategic goals.
- Prepare and compile ship operating budget proposals for existing and new clients in liaison with various departments.
- Carry out periodical customer surveys and market analysis.
- Correspond with customers and other stakeholders.
- Manage all relevant documentation related to the department ( _e.g. Maintain ship management contracts and agreements _).
- Monitor the department’s outstanding projects in coordination with the other team members.
- Perform ad hoc duties as and when necessary.

**We are looking for Professionals**
- Who have acquired Diploma or Degree - Preferably in Marketing or Maritime
- With prior experience in ship management companies or related industries will have an added advantage.
- With good administrative, communication, planning and implementation skills
- Fluency in English with good English writing skills
- Computer literacy is a must
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
