**Job Summary
Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for overall customer account managementand focal point of communication between the factory and customer.
**Job Description
Ensures immediate response to customer issues and inquiries on areas of delivery commit, product quality and new products qualification;
- Communicates with internal management on the deliverables needed by the customer;
- Satisfies the customer’s needs within the factory without sacrificing company’s corporate goal;
- Leads conference calls and meetings with customer;
- Performs Forecasting on SAP / Loading analysis, and delivery commitments to the customer;
- Responds to customer inquiries with a high sense of urgency and focus; and
- Monitors overall performance based on identified customer’s KPI
**Job Requirements**
- Diploma in Business Management, Supply Chain or Engineering
- Min three (3) years of working experience with customers ideally in an engineering, manufacturing or industrial environment
- Excellent planning and organization, problem-solving skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office, must have knowledge of SAP system
- Complaint Handling and Resolution
- Forecasting, Planning and demand Management
- Order Management and Fulfillment
- Exceptional Verbal and Written Communication Skill
