- Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8.30 am - 5 pm

**Key Responsibilities**
- To oversee the customer service team and manage the customer service department.
- Ensure that orders are arranged and fulfilled on time in full.
- Ensure stocks are available and replenished accordingly by managing customers’ offtakes and orders
- Coordinate and handles ship management and daily operation/schedule with the customer service, operation and logistics team
- Ensure timely preparation of customers’ invoicing, credit/debit notes, BOM for production, maintain customer profile & master data, cost prices, selling prices etc
- Ensure OTIF and customer satisfaction
- Ensure month-end closing schedules are met
- Ready as a primary customer and operation point of contact (likely for both evening and weekend) to ensure timely and accurate execution of orders and shipment
- Work as a team with customer service, production and logistics team to ensure that the customer's service level is met
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

- At least Diploma with 3 years of experience in customer service role
- Minimum 3 years experience in the chemical & marine industry will be an advantage
- Knowledge of shipping & documentation, incoterms, bank payment terms, etc.
- Knowledge of Portnet, Marine Net, SSN, DSA Jurong Port, PSA Contractor Permit and PSA procedure will be a plus.
