Our Institutional Catering Division prepares more than 44,000 meals daily and provides more than 16 million meals annually to various commercial and governmental organisations.
Our service also includes onsite kitchen management for various business sectors.
DESIGNATION : Senior Executive, Business Development
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Business Development Executive, you will need to be supporting your lead in operations and work on new business, ensure to maintain positive relationship with client alongside with your reporting officer.
You need to be familiar and well informed on the developments of new products in F&B industry and market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Well informed on developments of new products in the market and be familiar with our current in-house products.
- Creates and manages the new product development pipeline portfolio.
- Assess gaps and opportunities based on stakeholder feedback to improve business processes.
- Confident to build good working relationship with industry players and carry out recruitment and retention efforts in client building.
- Researching, planning and implementation of new marketing initiatives.
- Pursuit leads and moving them through sale cycle.
- Familiar with developing business development plans that follow business development strategies.
- Develop new business proposals and new product service offering based on market demand.
- Engage and socialize with business partners (internal, external) suppliers, vendor for new business agreements.
- Obtain insight from business network on development in product offerings and production.
- Review business development, risk assessment and financial modelling of new business ventures with stakeholders.
- Use business network and support knowledge sharing sessions to explore new business opportunities.
- Work with stakeholders to review gaps and opportunities in businesses.
- Confident in conceptualizing and presenting to stakeholders and business partners.
- Developing quotes and proposals for prospective clients.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma in Marketing, Business Management or Customer Service Management.
- Have good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Able to conceptualise and put ideas into decks.
- Ability to deliver presentations.
- Good time management skills
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in F&B Industry
- Independent and able to work with mínimal supervision
- Proactive in seeking solutions and solving problems
- Organized, meticulous and able to work under pressure
- Prior experiences in working with G-suite will be advantageous.
