To support this growth trajectory, the company is seeking a dynamic Business Development Professional to spearhead commercial expansion and build meaningful client partnerships. Position Overview Reporting directly to the Head of Sales and working closely with Marketing and Customer Success teams, you will take full ownership of the end‐to‐end sales cycle: from prospecting and lead generation to pitching, negotiation, and deal closure. This is a high‐impact role that will require a balance of strategic business acumen and hands‐on execution, with a focus on driving revenue growth, developing scalable sales strategies, and deepening client engagement across the region. You will play a critical part in expanding market share, shaping go-to-market initiatives, and representing the company's brand as a trusted advisor in the SaaS and fintech ecosystem. The role offers an opportunity to be at the forefront of digital transformation for finance teams, leveraging cutting‐edge AI tools to optimize business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Drive new business acquisition to meet and exceed quarterly sales targets. Identify, qualify, and develop leads through strategic prospecting and relationship building. Conduct comprehensive needs analysis and tailor solutions to address client challenges. Prepare and execute detailed business plans to achieve measurable sales objectives. Collaborate cross‐functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to refine go‐to‐market strategies. Maintain in‐depth product knowledge and awareness of competitor offerings. Deliver timely and accurate reporting on pipeline, forecasts, and market insights. Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and continued client satisfaction. Represent the organization at industry events and networking opportunities to strengthen brand visibility. The Successful Applicant The ideal candidate brings at least 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales , ideally within Fintech or SaaS environments , with a strong understanding of the Singapore and regional markets. You are a motivated, results‐driven professional with a hunter mindset and a proven ability to close deals and nurture long‐term partnerships. Experience in accounting or finance‐related technologies will be advantageous. You possess excellent communication and presentation skills, operate with integrity, and demonstrate the ability to thrive in a fast‐paced, collaborative environment.
