Executive/ Senior Executive, Business Development

**KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Conduct market study, research and competitor analysis across multiple markets and countries
- Prepare yearly update on macroeconomics conditions of various countries where investments are made
- Support on due diligence work and feasibility studies on any potential deals
- Consolidate information from relevant counterparties and consultants and translate into robust analysis
- Support country and business manager on underwriting of investment opportunities to prepare for investment committee approvals
- Support in investment paper preparation for potential projects and present to the senior management/ board’s for approval
- Support BD on standardizing underwriting model and reporting across different countries and types of investments
- Support BD on standardizing asset performance reporting
**KEY SKILLS, COMPETENCIES & BEHAVIOURS**
- Degree holder preferably in Finance, Economics or Real Estate.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience as investment analyst in real estate industry or real estate fund management
- Prior experience in property fund will be an advantage
- Able to do financial modelling and strong excel skills
- Experience in underwriting deals in different countries in particular Singapore, China, Vietnam and Indonesia
