**Responsibilities**:
**1. Recruitment and selection**:
- Coordinates, negotiates and liaises with employment and advertising agents on service fee, advertisement recruitment and interview schedules
- Make sure employee records are current by updating employee status regularly and on time
- Conducts orientation program for new employees
**2. Compensation and benefits**:
- To be in charge of payroll administration and to make all necessary co-ordination to make a smooth and efficient operation
- Provides feedback to the management to enhance a better and cordial working environment
- Organizes corporate events such as company’s dinner, corporate trip, family day etc.
- Ensure all Workers’ Compensation claims documentation is completed and provided to insurer
- Liaise with insurer about Workers Compensation Claims as required
- Interpret, assist and advise company employees about benefit administration and leave management
**3. HR Administration**:
- Reviews, updates and maintains proper filing of insurance policy
- Arranging medical examinations for permit holder
**4. HR Management**:
- Handles IR21 and IR8A forms for employees
- Advises management and employees on questions or problems relating to human resource
- Maintain, control and secure confidential and sensitive records such as personnel recruitment records, organizational changes and employee relations
**Job Specifications/Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or equivalent
- Preferably with 3 - 5 years of working experience
- Strong in communication skills
- Meticulous, detailed, well-organized and able to work independently to meet datelines
- High level of problem solving skills
- Ability to work under stress
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $2,800.00 per month
