As a values-driven company, they’re always looking for great people to join their own winning tribe. **About The Role Ampverse is seeking a highly motivated and organized Strategic Partnerships Manager, Southeast Asia & India to support the strategic partnership function. This position will report into the Head of Strategic Partnerships and will require cross-functional collaboration with other teams across the organization. **The Responsibilities The Strategic Partnerships Manager will be responsible for identifying strategic partners for the portfolio of Ampverse esports teams, guild, and talent across the entertainment, apparel, F&B, charity, and Web3 sectors. This role will involve conducting outreach, presenting business models and partnership strategies, as well as developing partnership agreements that will ensure long-lasting working relationships to elevate and grow our portfolio of assets. - Identify, conduct outreach, present Ampverse and advance discussions with potential partners across a variety of different target sectors that are strategically aligned with our portfolio of teams and talent. - Develop and Negotiate exceptional partnership agreements for our esports strategic partnership programme. - Liaise with Ampverse’s internal esports, marketing and client solutions divisions to marry custom content and partner marketing strategies, developing multi-platform approaches that works within our individual team’s and talent unique constraints. - Facilitate the integration of partners across the Ampverse portfolio. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders in marketing, esports, talent, client solutions and product to ensure partners success and drive key KPI’s. - Drive partnerships to meet quarterly and annual goals around business growth inclusive of both revenue and IP brand awareness metrics. - Maintain effective communication with partners and find timely solutions to resolve issues and challenges. - Develop rapport with clients and other agency partners by providing day-to-day client contact, managing the relationships, and expectations, and troubleshoot conflicts with senior clients and team members. **Requirements**: - 5+ years of experience working in a business development, talent-led role such as representation, partnerships, and sales with a track record of closing deals and executing successful partnerships. - In-depth knowledge of the esports, talent, entertainment and/or influencer landscape, including creator and esports digital monetization solutions. - Key network of contacts at potential partners within brands, agencies, retailers and rights-holders that can be leveraged immediately. - Strong business development skills such as making key prospects lists, creating and identifying partnership structures, and strategizing how to go to market. - Solid knowledge of the marketing mix across paid, earned and owned channels and how to successfully leverage to maximize impact for partnership activations. - Strategic mindset in terms of effectively positioning the key offerings to continue to enhance and refine the value proposition Ampverse can offer. - Win-win attitude, with a hunger to meet and exceed goals as well as problem solve with creative solutions. - Accomplished multi-tasker with the desire to work in fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team. - Must have the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with persons on all levels, in person and on the telephone. - Excellent conversational and written abilities in English. **Perks** - Healthy Work-Life balance - We manage to offer our staff a flexible working routine around target achievement that allows them to take care of their kids or parents, grow as an individual and stay mentally healthy while achieving big tasks. - Targeted but flexible Learning & Development Plans - We want our staff to continue their learning path independently of their hierarchical or experience level "We never stop learning and developing".
