A*STAR's Research Support Centre (RSC) is a one-stop point of access to meet researchers needs. From scientific consumables supplies, for which RSC offers hassle free ordering at competitive prices with quick delivery for >4000 items, to facilitating researchers access to cutting-edge technologies through our network of 40+ platforms, such as advanced microscopy, histopathology, proteomics and flow cytometry. The RSC online portal is an open platform where researchers from public institutions and private companies connect, search and order enabling high-quality research. Marketing This role reports into the Business Development manager and will closely work with the internal and external stakeholders to lead and support growth efforts on scientific services and consumables portfolio by developing and implementing various online/offline marketing programs that drive new business and outreach to the biomedical ecosystem. **Responsibilities**: Maintain and manage the user interface and visuals of organisation’s website with content management system. Design, source and create new and relevant content for customer engagement and interests in scientific services and life science consumables. Execute campaigns based on marketing calendar to promote organization’s capabilities and support branding and scientific services providers. Plan and execute virtual and on-site events (for e.g., webinar/seminar, event landing page, pre-event nurturing, post-event feedback) in collaboration with business and marketing stakeholders. Design, develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns via EDM, social media i.e. LinkedIn, content/web/SEO, paid ads, landing pages. Development and create marketing materials and responsible for the creative directions, key messages and illustrations in both online and offline marketing communications to relevant stakeholders. Write, proofread, and edit creative and technical content across different mediums. Manage and maintain organisation’s owned social media platforms Conduct market research to gather and provide valuable information on trends, customers’ interest and concerns, identify gaps and new opportunities and other related data. Analyze and report on the performance and efficiency of executed marketing campaigns and market research to identify challenges and opportunities for growth. Manage advertising spaces and advertising sales revenue on organization’s website. Support other cross functional/Research Institutes on events, projects and communications. Requirement Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences (pharmacology, physiology, biochemistry, biomedical or related). Preferably with certain marketing experience. Knowledge on A*STAR BMRC/SERC and scientific equipment/ terminology desired. Knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools such as Matomo, Google analytics, Adobe Illustrator and campaign mailer system desired. Knowledge of HTML, CSS and content management system (i.e. Sitefinity) desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail. Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills. Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind.
