**Business Development Lead**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Prospecting and Lead Generation**:
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for selling our products.
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and prioritize outreach efforts to maximize efficiency.
**Product Sales**:
- Actively promote and sell our products to prospective clients, understanding their needs and challenges, and demonstrating how our products can address those needs effectively.
- Present product features, benefits, and value propositions to clients in a compelling and persuasive manner, addressing any questions or objections they may have.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and maximizing revenue opportunities.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and challenges, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling our products.
**Proposal Development and Presentation**:
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, marketing, and product development to develop customized proposals and presentations that showcase the value proposition of our products. Present proposals to clients in a clear, compelling, and persuasive manner, addressing any questions or objections they may have and closing deals effectively.
**Sales Pipeline Management**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Track and manage the sales pipeline, providing regular updates and forecasts to the management team.
- Identify bottlenecks or areas for improvement in the sales process and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to implement solutions.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of 2-5 years in a business development or sales role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
- Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
