Senior Partnerships Manager, Payments

**As a Senior Partnerships Manager, Payments you will focus on**:
- Acquiring new and growing a portfolio of strategic partners.
- Focus on delivering our product proposition through various forms of:
- advocate referral partners,
- product integrations,
- payment providers and
- other industry related bodies to drive new business.
- You will be required to support and deliver key partner strategy to ensure the business provides a leading service to channel partners and their clients.
- You will be accountable for building a portfolio of key strategic partnerships with performance measured against:
- revenue retention,
- revenue growth and
- driving the highest possible standards of account management.

We are looking for someone who has a strong hunger to succeed, and a real passion for the FinTech and payments industry.
We’re open to what you can bring to Convera to help us deliver on this role, but we are looking for you to demonstrate to us that you have:
- Proven track record of leading and executing in a similar role working in the enterprise B2B services and/or technology.
- Self-motivation and are:
- comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment,
- enjoy a fast-paced environment
- tenacious and
- resilient with a positive, solution-oriented mindset and philosophy
- Demonstrate an understanding of WIN/WIN/WIN negotiation facets, pricing dynamics, market insights and GTM models
- Exceptional listening, communication, and presentation skills
- Fantastic collaborator with a team player mentality and a strong capacity to connect with all levels of the organization, with an understanding for the need for an effective working relationship across functional groups and business units including C-suite executives
- A high degree of self-awareness, emotional intelligence, natural curiosity, and creativity
