In this Role, you'll get to:
- Develop and manage the payment partnership in Southeast Asia region, to serve the payment services requirements of Group.
- Conduct research and identify the variety of consumers' payment behaviours, as well as the trend of payment industry, in every market of Southeast Asia, develop and cooperate with the right payment partners in each market to support the business development of Group.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Business Intelligence, Product, Legal, Compliance, Finance and other internal departments, and be responsible for the full cycle of payment channels integration and operation.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the performance and user experience of the payment services in each market of the region.
- Perform data analysis to support performance review, strategic planning discussion, implementation and verification and etc.
- Cooperate with internal marketing team, to explore and establish partnership with payment partners to run marketing and usage programs to drive the sales of Group in each market.
What you'll Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of working experience in the payment industry, with knowledge and experience of working with Global and Local Acquirers, Card Schemes and Alternative Payments Methods (APMs).
- Strong logical thinking, analysis, execution, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams and cultures.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese to communicate effectively with regional stakeholders.
- Experience in travel or e-commerce related industry is a plus.
