**About The Role**

**What You Will Do**:

- Strategy and planning: Align with strategic pillars of GoPay and market trends to acquire new partners which meet revenue, user and product objectives for the organization
- Partner management and negotiations: Influence, persuade and negotiate with partners effectively and ensure timely collaboration. Post onboarding, provide frequent support and communication with the partner
- Internal stakeholder management: Work cross functionally with product, legal, business intelligence, marketing to initiate collaboration, onboard the partner and grow the relationship
- Project management: Monitor the overall engagement and process, manage timelines and communicate milestones to senior leadership
- Thought leadership: Leverage your background and interest in payments and fintech/financial institutions to gather and share learnings about trends in SE Asia and other regions and potential partners/ disruptors

**What You Will Need**:

- At least 4 years of experience working in the fintech / financial services industry across commercial functions, partnerships/ business development, account management or product
- Experience in payments highly valued
- Preferred experience within digital assets and blockchain
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills to drive data-based decision making
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to influence through effective communication and industry expertise
- Proven ability to operate in a fast paced and complex organization
- Based in Singapore

**About the Team
The Payments team in Gojek spans both customer payments (GoPay e-money and wallet) and merchant payments (including Midtrans, the payment gateway)). GoPay is South East Asia’s fastest-growing consumer payments and financial services app and serves tens of millions of registered users on a variety of payment avenues, providing the most convenient payment methods in South East Asia.

We have helped simplify payments for over 750,000 merchant partners, over 1,000,000 driver partners, and millions of customers — from the bike drivers down your street to your favorite Gorengan and Martabak stalls. But, the growth of Payments does not stop here. We are hungry for more. We intend to become the largest payment and financial services group in Southeast Asia.
