**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a global sales strategy for fintech and payment-related services, with a strong focus on enterprise client acquisition and retention.
- Lead a regional or international sales team, driving revenue performance and sales excellence.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline, forecast accurately, and ensure delivery against commercial targets.
- Cultivate trusted relationships with key decision-makers across financial institutions, enterprise clients, and payment ecosystems.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure solutions meet market needs.
- Identify strategic partnership opportunities to enhance go-to-market efforts and expand global reach.
- Stay ahead of industry and regulatory developments to inform commercial strategy and maintain competitiveness.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **10 years of senior sales leadership experience** in fintech, payments, or related sectors.
- Strong track record of **winning and growing large enterprise or institutional accounts**, ideally across multiple markets.
- Deep commercial understanding of **payment systems, remittance, or digital financial services**.
- Proven ability to **lead multi-regional teams**, influence senior stakeholders, and manage complex deal cycles.
- Comfortable with P&L ownership, international expansion, and navigating fast-evolving market dynamics.
- Willingness to travel as required.
