Through our stablecoin‐powered corporate cards, payments, and expense management tools, we streamline financial operations and help businesses scale. Our APIs enable businesses to integrate stablecoin‐enabled finance into their own products and services—from issuing Visa cards to facilitating cross‐border payments. Backed by leading investors including Index Ventures and HashKey Capital, Reap is building the future of borderless, stablecoin‐enabled finance. The Role We're looking for an experienced Channel Partnerships Manager to help Reap accelerate growth across our Card Issuance (CaaS), Connect (Payments Infrastructure), and Direct (SME) business lines. This role will be responsible for developing and managing partnerships with key ecosystem players—such as PSPs, processors, fintech infrastructure providers, Web3 platforms, and regional system integrators—to expand Reap's reach, drive lead generation, and build scalable go‐to‐market channels. This person will work closely with Sales, BizOps, Product, and Marketing to identify, onboard, and activate high‐impact partners who can help Reap reach new customer segments and markets efficiently. You Will Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential channel partners across fintech, Web3, and payments ecosystems to accelerate market penetration. Own the partner lifecycle end‐to‐end: from outreach and negotiation to onboarding, enablement, and performance tracking. Develop joint go‐to‐market strategies, co‐marketing campaigns, and revenue‐sharing models that align with Reap's business goals. Build strong working relationships with external stakeholders, including executives, business development teams, and product leaders at partner organizations. Work cross‐functionally with internal teams to integrate partner capabilities into Reap's offerings and ensure smooth operational handoffs. Monitor partner performance using data‐driven insights—identifying what's working, what's not, and how to improve efficiency. Stay ahead of market and regulatory developments in the payments and crypto‐fintech space to identify new partnership opportunities. We Are Looking For Someone With 5–8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel sales, ideally within fintech, payments, or SaaS. Strong understanding of financial technology, stablecoins, and B2B product distribution models. Proven ability to structure and close complex partnership deals that drive measurable impact. Excellent stakeholder management and cross‐functional collaboration skills. A strategic thinker who can connect the dots between partner ecosystems and Reap's go‐to‐market priorities. Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable operating with autonomy, ambiguity, and a growth mindset. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English; Mandarin is a plus. Nice To Have Experience working in or with Web3 companies or PSPs. Exposure to international markets such as LATAM, Africa, or Southeast Asia. Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and performance tracking dashboards. An existing network across fintech, banking, and payments.
