We're looking for an experienced Partnerships Senior Associate with a background in the benefits broker, insurance/reinsurance or Third Party Administrator (TPA) space, to join our channel partnerships team.

In this role, you will own and drive new partnerships with distributors (including but not limited to brokers, insurance, TPAs), as well as nurture existing partnership relationships for our sales team to cultivate and close deals. You should have experience in business development to negotiate and drive partnership terms, craft proposals, build rapport with partners, and design mental health initiatives and programs that our partners can take on.

You will report directly to the Lead of Channel Partnerships, with immense opportunity to grow in an active and dynamic commercial partnerships team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Own, engage, and nurture existing channel partners
- Drive and build new partnerships with channel partners
- Participate in events with channel partners to further establish Intellect as a top of mind solution
- Collaborate and actively build a healthy pipeline with the revenue team
- Work with the revenue team to handover or co-manage joint deals
- Full sales cycle for Channel Partnerships’ deals

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of experience in the employer healthcare benefit consultant/broker or insurance/reinsurance space/TPA space with partnerships experience
- Great track record of sourcing, developing, and maintaining partner relationships
- Has an understanding of the employee benefits space
- Meticulous and efficient at crafting RFPs and proposals
- A strong self-starter
- Excellent collaboration skills
- Meticulous and has high attention to detail
- Good sense of commercials and deal making
