**Primary Objective/Purpose of the Job**

**Reporting to the Senior Manager, Partner & Channel, the role of Manager, Channel sales is expected to develop, manage, and grow partnerships that are instrumental in enhancing lead generation and conversion to accelerate growth.**

**Responsibilities**
- **Engage and onboard partners aligned with the organization digital & technology-focused growth**:

- **Actively monitor business portfolio, market trend and activities to drive partner recommendations, solution and referrals that lead to new business**:

- **Manage and nurture highly competitive and sustainable partnerships for the business, to be the partner of choice for System Integrators, ISOs, Payment Facilitators and value add ecosystem partners**:

- **Define solution journey and collaborate across teams to improve merchant service and satisfaction level**:

- **Lead in partner solution development, integration and certification**:

- **Represent the business at partner events**:

- **All other duties as assigned.**

**Knowledge and Skill Required**
- **Entrepreneurial self-starter with proven track record in generating and winning new opportunities within the payment ecosystem**:

- **Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment**:

- **Good analytical, initiative and problem solving skills when dealing with external and internal customers**

**Experience**

**5 years and above business development/channel/partnership experience in Payments and Fintech**

**Education**

**Tertiary or above education preferred**
