We are looking for Senior HR Executive to join our growing team to assist in managing the full spectrum of HR Functions.


**JOB OVERVIEW / DESCRIPTION**:

- Oversee and handle Payroll, Government related matters such as CPF, IRAS, Grants Application & Grants planning.
- Handle Foreign staff management which includes processing of pass activities, renewal, medical check up, insurance plans, staff welfare and managing Government portals related to foreign employment.
- Resolving employee grievances, training managers to coach and discipline employees and counseling employer and supervisors.
- Manage Group Employee Insurance plan by update staff movement, advice on cost center charging and ensure staff claims are duly submitted to the Insurance company
- Monitoring the process of purchasing of air tickets, hotel arrangement, transport arrangement & travel + quarantine procedure for work / business travels.
- Prepares statistics for all government surveys and questionnaires
- Manage COVID regulatory matters and internal communications

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- At least 3-5 years proven work experience as an HR Professional
- Degree in HRM, Business Management or equivalent
- Good communications and writing skills
- Result-oriented and goal-driven
- Has excellent organizational and time management skills
- Must able to work independently
- Great personality and outgoing
- Knowledge of employment laws
