My client is a leading M&E/Construction company in Singapore. Due to the rapid expansion of the organisation, they are seeking for a Senior HR Executive/HR Executive to join their esteem organisation.
- **East (5-10 mins walk from Ubi MRT)**:

- **5 days work week**:

**Responsibilities**:
The incumbent will be reporting directly to the Senior HR Manager/HR Manager. This role comprises corporate strategy for achieving organizational value.

The Senior HR Executive/HR Executive has to ensure the smooth day-to-day HR Operations and functional tasks:

- Pre-selection and recruitment, induction and on-boarding, workforce management, training & development.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to support company business growth.
- To assist in maintain the HR initiatives, systems and policies that are aligned with the business goals and objective
- To prepare HR and administration related matters which include employment letter, employee confirmation, confirmation and etc
- Maintain records with systematic filing and retrieval system with personal data protection.
- Preparation of HR Reports to the Management
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned by the superior

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or its equivalent
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required.
- Preferably with experience in Construction, Facilities Management, or Engineering industry
- Strong knowledge of construction MOM guidelines and Employment Laws is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain detailed records
- Able to work independently with little supervision and strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills with ability to interact with people at all levels
- Resourceful, well-organised, follow-up skills and meticulous for details
- Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Well versed with MS Office
