**Position Overview**

The HR Intern will assist with various HR functions and initiatives, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations. This role offers valuable, hands-on experience in HR processes and projects, providing a solid foundation for future career growth.

**What you will do:
**1.Talent Acquisition Coordination**:

- **Administrative Support**:Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including managing internal processes and trackers for job requisitions.

**2.Campus Recruitment**:

- Liaise with schools on requests for internship recruitment.
- Manage the end-to-end SEA Internship process (mostly Singapore and Malaysia office) including internship postings on school portals, screening, interview scheduling, and internship offer.

**3.Employee Engagement**:

- Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement strategies.
- Analyze employee feedback and propose actionable improvements.

**4.HR Technology and Innovation**:

- Assist in evaluating and implementing HR tools and technologies. Conduct research and prepare reports on HR best practices and emerging trends.
- Recommend and support process improvements to enhance HR efficiency.

**5.Ad-hoc Projects and HR Support**
- Be involved in any other HR projects that may require their involvement from design to implementation stage.
- Provide additional support to the wider HR function and assist with ad hoc projects and processes

**What you need to have**:

- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Meticulous with a keen eye for detail and is process-oriented
- Demonstrates flexibility and good organizational skills to effectively handle mid-high volume of administrative tasks and processes
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Able to get onboard at the soonest. Available full-time or part-time for a minimum of 3 to 6 months, starting from Dec 2024.
