Human Resource Intern

We are looking for a Human Resource Intern to perform various administrative tasks and support our HR operations. If you are looking to gain experience in HR, and able to commit for **at least 4 - 6 months**, we want YOU You will be exposed to HR operational activities in HR Shared Services environment and involve in the delivery of HR initiatives and programmes rolled out as part of improving our employee experience.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist in re-organising the internal document management system (the “HIVE”);
- Assist in updating our internal databases like companywide available information, policies formatting, and Standard Operating Procedures;
- Assisting with administration of Learning & Development programme;
- Support Employee Engagement & Communication Programmes.
- Support HR Operations, Digitalisation & Projects Deliverables;
- Assist with data consolidation and analysis;
- Proofread HR documents; and
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Undergraduate student in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent discipline.
- Proactive, responsible and committed individuals with can-do attitude.
- General computer proficiency especially on Microsoft Office.
- High level of confidentiality.
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Prior HR work experience/knowledge would be an advantage.
- Possess strong communication and writing skills.
- Good team player and have a pleasant personality.
- Detail-oriented and able to demonstrate excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Able to work within tight deadlines and resourceful.
- Able to work physically in our office.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
**Salary**: $800.00 - $1,000.00 per month
