Porsche Singapore is offering a Human Resources internship opportunity. The successful intern will actively participate in various HR functions such as supporting the employee/intern life cycle in recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and offboarding. More tasks include:

- Assisting in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on job boards and university career portals.
- Prepare onboarding documents for new hires and conduct onboarding sessions.
- Assist with HR administrations, processes, and general enquiries from employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Support and ensure the accuracy and up-to-date maintenance of employee records and databases.
- Assist in planning and organising employee engagement activities.
- Support in the preparation of HR-related presentations and reporting.
- Support in office management tasks.

- Pursuing bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or any other relevant studies.
- Past internship experience preferred.
- Fluency in written and spoken English with excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Open-minded, organised, analytical and quality oriented, able to work independently.
- Enjoys engaging with and fostering relationships with others.
- Team oriented working attitude and intercultural understanding.
- Able to exercise professional discretion and work with confidential and sensitive information.
