**Where do you fit in as a Human Resources Intern?**:
Your primary responsibility as a Human Resources Intern is to support our HR Manager with different internal HR processes. Responsibilities include:

- Assisting in recruitment initiatives as needed
- Helping design onboarding and performance management process
- Providing support in managing employee engagement activities
- Participating in process improvement projects and initiatives
- Managing HR documents and files
- Keeping track and staying updated on human resources news, intelligence & best practices.
