We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Partnership and Innovation Manager.**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Review and evaluate new markets and products, strategic business partnerships, merger and acquisition projects etc.
- Analyse the financial performance, identify the business opportunities and risks and interpret to the key stakeholders
- Gather and analyse information, formulate and test hypotheses
- Develop and review business case to communicate recommendations with key stakeholders
- Collaborate with different business lines to understand their market propositions and define opportunities for the overall group
- Originate, design and support partnership proposals identifying market insights
- Work with the key stakeholders across functions to prioritize and implement strategic initiatives and projects

Requirements

**Requirements**:

- 1~5 years of experience in business development, strategic planning, or consulting, preferable in Asia Pacific market
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferable
- Speak and write fluent English
- Knowledge in Digital banking and Fintech trend & landscape, and understand how the emerging technology impacts the current and next generation of financial service
- Sound understanding in consumer value and digital experience as well in business viability of such new experience
- Be able to identify creative opportunities with partners, and translate these opportunities into execution approach and strategy
- Ability to design, lead/support and execute market research and competitive analysis as well as communicate insights
- Ability to problem-solve individually or in a group setting
- Ability to shift priorities quickly, while maintaining a high degree of organization and control
