Operating in over 20 countries, we work with major names in finance, insurance, and consumer services — delivering high-quality first-party data at scale. We're looking for a Partnerships Manager to help support the creation of new first-party data pipelines — then unlock their value through commercial relationships with data houses, analytics platforms, and enrichment partners. The Role This is a commercial and partnership-focused role where you'll help design and manage initiatives that strengthen eGENTIC's data network. You'll support the creation of innovative partnerships that generate new first-party data — and help commercialise this data through relationships with data houses, analytics firms, and enrichment partners. Working closely with marketing, operations, and compliance teams, you'll play an active role in ensuring that each partnership delivers strong business outcomes and meets all data-quality and privacy standards. Key Responsibilities Research, identify, and support the development of new first-party data partnerships. Assist in managing relationships with data houses and analytics partners. Prepare proposals, partnership decks, and commercial terms for review and negotiation. Track partner performance, data quality, and deliverables. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and compliance with data-protection laws (PDPA, GDPR, etc.). Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for partnership innovation. What We're Looking For 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or data-related roles within digital marketing or media. Basic understanding of data ecosystems, lead generation, and privacy compliance. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Commercial mindset with curiosity for how data can drive business growth. Organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment. Willingness to travel occasionally for regional partner meetings ( approx. 10–20% ). What We Offer Hands-on experience in data partnerships and commercialisation.
