- Generating of quotations based on customer requirements.
- Monitor delivery and expediting when needed.
**Responsibilities**:
- Customer account ownership of assigned Inside Sales tasks.
- Understanding the wants and requirements of the customer.
- Preparing quotations based on customer demands.
- Ensure that client purchase orders are fulfilled on schedule.
- Ensure that all client specifications, drawings, and other related documents are communicated to the right employees within the business.
- Control all delivery and price in relation to consumer purchase orders.
- Ensure that the shipment is delivered on schedule.
- To attain goals, collaborate with outdoor sales.
- In charge of, and actively associated with, allocated consumers.
- Keep an eye on delivery and, if necessary, expedite it.
- Gather purchase orders and send them to vendors.
- Orders should be tracked, and suppliers should be delivered on time.
- Handle consumer returns and supplier concerns.
- Coordination of shipping from and to consumers and suppliers.
- Following up on a customer's past-due payment.
- Make suggestions for enhancements to optimize efficiency.
- Any responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by a superior.
- Train new workers and acquaint new personnel with the corporate culture
**Requirement**:
- Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
- 3 years of experience supporting sales team
- MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Meticulous, organized, good customer service & negotiation skills
