**Position Summary**:
A value contributor within the SEA Sales Team, the Inside Sales Executive is responsible for the overall SEA customer needs and implementation of the Asia Pacific business strategies by identifying new business opportunities (online and offline) to support the growth of SEA Sales Team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Proactively build good relationship with existing customers and generate new business opportunities by inbound lead follow up
- Handle general customer enquiries and support daily operations, like quotation preparation and follow-up to achieve level of customer satisfaction
- Support SEA region online marketing and branding activities
- Meet company sales targets and other key performance indexes
- Work closely with Outside Sales Team for large deals
- Maintain good database for sales forecast

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or above in any disciplines
- With at least 1-2 years of relevant inside sales experience
- Persuasive and proactive
- Good interpersonal skill and telephone manner
- Excellent conflict management skillset with the ability in handling difficult internal and external customers
- Experience in SFDC
- Proficiency in English and fluency in Chinese preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
