JOB: SALES COORDINATOR (INSIDE SALES)

POSITION: JUNIOR EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities :

・Prepare and Process Quotations, Orders, Invoicing and all relevant documentation.

  • Handle each process in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Acquire product knowledge and become proficient in preparing Quotation, and provide flexible solutions based on customer's requirements.

*Communicate with Japan office (Shipping dept, Sales team, technical dept) often by English(Simple communication).

・Send Product information/announcement e-mail to clients by cooperating with Outside Sales

・Take initiative in improving work process as inside sales.

Requirements :

  • Business level English

  • At least 3 years of working experience as Sales coordinator job.

  • At least 3 years of experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).

  • Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3, $3,700.00 per month

Work Location: In person
