- The inside sales representative will partner the external sales representatives to serve our customers and deliver a high-level of service to them.
- The role is an important customer connector and relationship builder.
- He/She will also proactively contact new and existing customers to canvass for new product sales leads or give advice on general product queries.
- General daily work will include generation of product offers including SAP quotations, giving basic product recommendations and CRM sales lead creation.
- Close teamwork with external sales on large project tenders and bids to produce tender proposals and ensure smooth project execution.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in mechanical engineering or related technical education.
- 2 to 3 years of customer service and/or technical sales sales experience, preferably with piping knowledge
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Word
- Knowledge of ERP Systems such as SAP or equivalent.
- CRM usage experience will be a plus.
- Strong customer-orientation with strong communication skills to connect with people and to clarify customers' enquiries.
- Sales focused and able to build relationships well over telephone or various non face-to-face communication media.
- Ability to learn and understand technical products and principles quickly.
