**The Opportunity**
As an Inside Sales Executive at Stone Cybersecurity, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team, driving customer engagement, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout the sales process.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about technology and customer engagement. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to cybersecurity solutions, work closely with both technical experts and clients, and play a key role in driving Stone’s growth in Singapore and across the region.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Qualification & Sales Support**:Respond promptly to inbound leads, prepare quotations and proposals, and ensure accuracy and alignment with customer requirements.
**- Customer Engagement**:Drive the sales cycle from quotation to closure, including renewals and upselling opportunities. Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify new needs.
**- Sales Coordination**:Liaise with technical consultants to translate client needs into actionable project scopes. Track engagement progress and ensure timely delivery.
**- CRM & Pipeline Management**:Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and forecasts in the CRM to support business performance tracking.
**- Relationship Building**:Cultivate long-term customer relationships through trust, responsiveness, and professional follow-up.
**- Cross-Functional Collaboration**:Partner with marketing and technical teams to coordinate campaigns, events, and client presentations.
**What You Bring**
- Diploma or Degree in Business, IT, or Information Security (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in inside sales, account management, or business development — ideally in IT, SaaS, or cybersecurity.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills — able to articulate value propositions clearly to both technical and business audiences.
- Customer-first mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with a growth mindset and willingness to learn about cybersecurity and emerging technologies.
