Founded in 2017 in Singapore, TripleA is regulated by MAS (Singapore Central Bank) and complies with the highest international standards for AML and KYC. The company currently operates in Singapore with a presence in Hong Kong and Europe. As the TripleA continues with its expansion plan, we are looking for a **Finance Operation Executive** to support us with the continuous growth of our business.

This role will be focused on supporting the smooth running of the business. He/She will takes care of the finance and operations functions of the company.

**Finance Operation Executive**
- Full spectrum of accounting activities including financial processes, forecasting, reporting, reconciliation and settlement.
- Act as the main point of contact for addressing any inquiries and questions related to financial operations.
- Provide ongoing and daily operational support to customers.
- Test new functionalities for technology projects such as transaction settlement and financial reporting.
- Ensure that financial operational activities are executed and delivered as per the standards set by the company.
- Treasury operation including cash flow forecast and bank openings
- Liaise with auditors, bankers, and local government bureaus as required
- Work with cross-functional teams (i.e. Technical, Business Development and Product) to streamline processes to facilitate solving issues accurately and efficiently
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management

**About you**:

- 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting and operation
- Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent professional certificate
- Good knowledge of local accounting GAAP
- Must be a team player, take full ownership of your work, empathetic and open-minded
- Self-starter - take initiative, dedicated, set and drive toward goals
- Ability to work in an unstructured environment, navigate ambiguity, manage multiple assignments simultaneously, and provide clarity and structure
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
