Singapore Executive Compass Full time $60,000 - $120,000 per year

Our client is a global leader in the manufacturing industry, with their regional office based in Singapore. As the business continues to evolve, they are looking for a Regional Finance & Reporting Analyst to be part of their high-performing team.

Your Key Responsibilities

Consolidation & Management Reporting

  • Partner with local finance teams to prepare monthly, budget, forecast, and long-term consolidated financial statements.
  • Develop and maintain business performance reports and analytical dashboards for management.
  • Prepare financial ratios, trend analyses, and presentation materials for management and board meetings.

Statutory & Compliance

  • Coordinate with local entities to ensure timely completion of external audits and statutory reporting packs.
  • Support transfer pricing documentation by consolidating information across regional teams.
  • Maintain finance-related corporate secretarial documents and contracts to ensure compliance.

Data & Pricing Analysis

  • Collaborate with the Sales and Finance teams to manage product and transfer pricing updates within the ERP system.
  • Conduct price chain and profitability analyses using the latest cost data.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and reports.

Projects & Systems Enhancement

  • Participate in finance system upgrades (e.g. SAP S/4HANA, Power BI dashboards) and help improve reporting efficiency.
  • Provide proactive support to finance and cross-functional teams on ad-hoc projects and process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
  • Ideally 3 years' experience in finance, reporting, or audit-related roles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with SAP and Business Intelligence tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and regions.
