**Regional Finance Manager (Hybrid)**
- Full time, Singapore_

In this role, you will play a key role in overseeing and guiding finance teams on report developments and changes. This person will take ownership of the business and segment financial reports for country and group financial reporting. The Regional Finance Manager will be responsible for the development and improvement of financial business processes and act as an advisor to local country finance organizations.

**As a Regional Finance Manager, you will**
- Assist in regional consolidation for monthly closing, budget, and forecast, ensuring clear insights for Management and providing actionable analysis to key stakeholders
- Review variance analysis and create waterfall bridges to identify performance gaps and opportunities
- Build dashboard and interactive reports for Management
- Review regular balance sheet governance, audit, and other business compliance (e.g. IATA Financial review) across the APAC region
- Investigate operational processes within the local country to understand the financial impact brought to the business
- Review and enforce intercompany balance variances to ensure group eliminations are met

**About you**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience
- Extensive finance experience in Reporting and controlling
- Strong technical skills in advanced Excel and BI tools, with expertise in data analysis, visualization, and reporting
- Experience with SAP ERP system
- Ability to prepare and work with reports
- Ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships
