**Summary**

We are seeking a **Finance Operations Executive **to support the Finance Department through undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth functionality and coordination of the department's activities. You provide support in managing the system platform and ensuring accurate financial reports. This is primarily a support role but you will have the opportunity to contribute to the overall financial strategy.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the internal CRM platform for Tutors and Students
- Processing payments which includes withdrawals, refunds, and registrations
- Support the consolidation of group financial statements
- Record and process financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, journal entries, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Participate in audits and provide information as needed
- Work with Customer Success Executive to answer any finance related queries from customers
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
- Assist in ensuring compliance with financial regulations and laws, including tax laws and accounting standards
- Assist in providing insights and recommendations for finance operational improvements and innovations
- Manage daily administrative tasks and other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations of the Finance department

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance or related fields
- 1 to 2 years of Finance Operations experience, preferably in the Education sector
- Possess strong coordination, organisation and time management skills
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with financial software and accounting systems
- Knowledge of accounting principals and financial analysis
- Good team player with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a start-up is a plus
