**About the Role**:
We are looking for a **Customer Service Executive** who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of families and their loved ones. This is not a call centre role — you will be part of a small, purpose-driven team that supports clients throughout their caregiving journey.

You will be the voice and heart of our service, guiding families, supporting caregivers, and helping both sides feel confident and cared for.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build trusting relationships with families through warm, professional communication
- Match and share suitable caregiver profiles based on families' caregiving requirements and preferences
- Conduct video interviews between prospective families and shortlisted caregivers
- Coordinate caregiver placements and support the onboarding process
- Advise employers on relevant MOM regulations
- Proactively follow up with families to understand evolving care needs

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- **CEI certification is preferred; willingness to obtain certification before starting is acceptable**:

- A diploma holder or above
- Minimum 2 years of desk bound experience
- Speaks and writes **fluent English**:

- Able to converse in **Mandarin** (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and caregivers)
- Strong interpersonal skills - empathetic, clear communicator, calm under pressure
- Service-oriented mindset with a high sense of responsibility
- Self-starter who enjoys learning and growing in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in customer service, healthcare, or caregiving sectors is a bonus, but not required

**Work Location & Hours**:

- Office-based role (location in Singapore)
- **5-Day Work Week**: Office hours (9:30 AM - 6:30 PM); rest day on one weekday and one weekend day (currently on a Sunday, but might be Saturday / Sunday in the future, off days are also not on consecutive days)
