Anglo Nurses is a leading provider for live-in care in Singapore. We pride ourselves in providing families with elderly members or disabled persons with experienced live-in caregivers and trained domestic helpers to meet their home care needs. We are growing our team and are looking for dynamic individuals passionate about healthcare to join us.
As a **Sales Executive / Customer Service Executive**, you will:
- Answer customer calls and walk-in enquiries. There is **no prospecting or cold calling required.**:
- Identify customer’s home care needs and match suitable caregivers or trained maids who fit their requirements.
- Conduct interviews for employers with caregivers and trained maids.
- Explain regulatory requirements to employers on the hiring of migrant domestic workers and agency contractual terms.
- Conduct post-placement follow-up calls with employers. Counselling and mediation as needed.
- Establishing, developing, and maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Other ad hoc operational and administrative matters
**What does this job offer you?**
- **5-day work week, office hours, 9:30AM - 6:30PM, Rest day on one weekday and one Saturday.**:

**Requirements**:
- Possess a minimum A level / diploma in any field.
- Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
- Great interpersonal and communication skills. Enjoy connecting with people, listening to their needs and solving their problems.
- Competent in spoken and written English.
- Ability to work with MS Word and Excel.
- Willing to train and pass the Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (Basic) before starting your job.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month
