**Role and Responsibilities**: As the Omni-Channel Manager, you will be a strategic driver of our brand's success. Leveraging your extensive experience in omni-channel marketing, trade marketing, e-commerce category marketing, and campaign marketing within the luxury and beauty domain, you will:

- Develop and execute comprehensive omni-channel marketing strategies that align with our various brand's vision and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts across various channels including digital, retail, social, and more.
- Create disruptive and innovative marketing campaigns that captivate audiences and establish the brand as a trendsetter in the industry.
- Drive trade marketing initiatives to maximize brand visibility and penetration within partner networks.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies, optimize campaigns, and enhance customer experiences.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging technologies to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate closely with corporate communications to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment across all touchpoints.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- A demonstrated history of success in omni-channel marketing, trade marketing, e-commerce category marketing, and campaign marketing roles within the luxury and beauty sector.
- Proven ability to conceptualize and implement innovative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, sales growth, and customer loyalty.
- Strong analytical skills, with a keen understanding of leveraging data insights to inform decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
- Creative thinking and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends and best practices.
- Proficiency in marketing tools, analytics platforms, and technologies.

**Salary**: $3,270.26 - $5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
