**Job Overview**

Oversee and direct all aspects of Marketing activities of the group including competitive strategies, marketing strategies, consumer research, using the best practices, industrial trends and brand positioning that will create conversion, loyalty and repeat sales. Lead digital marketing for the successful management of return-on-investment from each marketing spend online, and work closely with the internal teams to maximize yield across all online distribution channels, individual properties sales and marketing plans.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provide short
- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data.
- With support from individual hotel’s Director of Sales and Marketing teams prepare, utilize and update the hotels’ annual marketing plan, delegated as necessary by division and/or department.
- Manage integrated marketing communications, including hotel advertising, promotions, collateral, and e-marketing, making sure that they are targeted, effective in producing a reasonable ROI, within budget, and comply with Stamford Hotels & Resorts’ brand standards, policies and procedures.
- Oversee all marketing communications, e-marketing, and public relations activities to support the objectives outlined in the Annual Marketing Plan.
- Working with all hotels to ensure weekly yield meetings and monthly strategic meetings are held to develop and adjust marketing strategies and short-term pricing and channel tactics.
- Managing and reviewing the website analytics weekly to monthly to address where customers are dropping off, and test initiatives that will improve customer engagement with our website that will result in more bookings.
- Define social media strategy and campaigns to drive promotions, engagement and grow follower base.
- Review reports from all digital marketing activations to analyze and identify action plans to improve performance and ROI. The reports include Google Analytics, PPC, SEO, Social Media, e-commerce and EDM.
- Work closely with the hotel marketing teams to consolidate key takeaways and guidance for suitable actions.

**Requirements**:

- At least a Degree in Business Management/Marketing/Advertising/Media or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of work experience and hospitality industry experience is a plus.
- A sound understanding of marketing principles and practices and the ability to demonstrate success in bringing sales and marketing together for maximum effectiveness.
- Strong knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools and experience in marketing automation and business analytics tools and metrics to measure ROI and drive success.
- Proficiency with marketing analytics and data analysis.
- Ability to work independently and with the team in Australia.
- Proven excellence in prioritization, time management and follow-up skills with an attention to detail.
- An entrepreneurial can-do attitude.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to $10,000.00 per month
