**THE ROLE**

As part of our regional merchandising team, you will be responsible for driving overall merchandising strategy that ensures profitability while building long-term collaboration with our partners. With your impeccable attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, you play a key role in our organization and will work closely with sales team, finance, marketing, logistics and all relevant departments for a seamless merchandising process flow.

This role is based in Singapore reporting to our Regional Merchandising Manager.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**

**Stock Management**:

- Manage fulfilment requests for merchandise with retail and regional distribution market
- Manage Stock Inventory by maintaining optimal stock levels. Awareness of stocks in various locations including damage, write-off, sample, on-loan locations, and transfers (shop-to-shop and replenishment)
- Coordinate and follow up with vendors / suppliers, Logistic and Operations on shipment schedules for all regions.
- Assist in creation of items, credit notes and purchase orders in both sellable and non-sellable merchandise.
- Assist in price checking, alignment, and updates.
- Update and maintain Master linesheet with accuracy and sharing it with stakeholders monthly
- Identify and implement best practices.

**Reporting & Analysis**
- Update sell through analysis, to identify the best-sellers/market needs in view of increasing store productivity.
- Responsible for accuracy of data and maintenance of Navision system.
- Assist and coordinate seasonal merchandise launch and promotion planning with analysis for activities execution.
- Reporting of stocks discrepancies during shipment receiving, if any.
- Prepare monthly Brand report on sell through and stocks on hand
- Undertaking any ad-hoc duties as assigned to assist Merchandising Manager.
- Coordination with Logistics to ensure timely deliveries.

**Key attributes**:

- Diploma in Business Management/ Fashion Merchandising or other relevant discipline
- Preferably 2 year's relevant experience in merchandising/ administration
- Result-orientated and ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Strong numeric and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly Organized - detailed oriented, excellent prioritization skills
- Quick learner with the ability to absorb extensive information
- Pro-active, meticulous and independent
- Excellent Skill in MS Office (Advance Excel)

**Salary**: $2,100.00 - $2,500.00 per month
