Institutional Sales Director (Real Assets) APAC

This is a great job for someone who has strong real assets industry (real estate, infrastructure) product knowledge, allied with knowledge on upcoming product trends and industry innovations.

A bit about the job:
Within your role as an Institutional Sales Director, you will be a product owner for defined range of products, ensuring a high level of collaboration and cohesion across the business with a clear focus, having the right products for our clients as well as developing clear investment process messaging around assigned products / assets. You will play a key role in conducting high quality client-facing introductory meetings on assigned products as well as regular portfolio and performance updates. The role will involve the successful individual collaborating with marketing to support campaigns and media activity across assigned products whilst always ensuring that the fair treatment of customers is defined and embedded into all activities. Alongside this the role will require you to have In-depth understanding and technical knowledge of the Real Assets range of products within the asset classes sectors supported by Aviva Investors.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Experience in markets including Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan and South Korea.- Attention to detail along with good written and oral communication skills.- An accomplished communicator, comfortable in all environments - colleagues, team members, internal, external, global and media- Strong understanding of real assets investment processes- Effective and up-to-date regulatory knowledge, ensuring that all product development is compliant, and that product maintenance retains full compliance.
