About the Role
As a Director, Transaction Banking Financial Institution Sales in our Institutional Banking team you will be responsible to maximise Transaction Banking opportunities and grow revenue for the assigned portfolio, through leveraging our networks and offering differentiated product propositions. Our customers operate globally, and this role emphasises the critical importance of global co-ordination.

The portfolio comprises of Non Banking Financial Institution (NBFI) clients including Diversified Financial, Funds, Insurance, Brokers/Dealers. There will be ample opportunities to unlock and execute regional client solutions.

What will your day look like?
As a Director, Transaction Banking Financial Institution Sales you will;
Originate, grow and manage a portfolio of NBFI clients with operations spanning multi-regions
Define, structure and implement tactical sales strategies and initiatives with a client centric mindset. The role has additional focus on PCM and Liquidity Management Solutions and Regional Sales activities
Deepen client relationship, support or lead RFI and RFP’s responses, presentations and product demonstrations through good understanding of clients’ requirements
Execute our set business objectives and collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders across the globe from FIG Relationship Management, Product Partners in Payment and Cash Management (PCM), Trade Finance (Trade), and Enablement teams to deliver positive outcomes and desired customer experience
Non-Financial Risk management discipline. While achieving your set objectives, revenue and returns target, you will also be exercising strong risk discipline through proactive escalation and management of risk and compliance related issues
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Strong experience in Transaction Banking (Treasury, Payments and Cash Management, Trade Finance), preferably with Financial Institutions /Non-Bank Financial Institutions segment
Ability to identify, develop sales strategies and portfolio growth plans
Ability to manage competing agendas/priorities across the portfolio and with multiple stakeholders
Result oriented with strong display of perseverance. Solutions driven mindset
Autonomous self-starter and meticulous in work quality and standards, and a collaborative team player
Excellent communication skills, presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to negotiate and influence outcomes
