**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for performing SAP helpdesk support.
- Able to interact with internal and external resources, and performing independent research & investigation.
- Provide excellent customer service to end users by working closely with the Functional, Development, BASIS, and Security teams within the IT and Project teams, to deliver high quality solutions on time.
- Experience in SAP Modules such as FICO, CS, MM, PP and SD.
- Perform SAP ABAP development like
- ABAP programming language for Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements and Forms.o ADIs, User Exits, Data Dictionary, RFCs, BAPIs, ALE, IDOCs, BDCs, Screen Painter, Menu Painter, SAP Scripts, SmartForms, Queries, BSP, etc.o ABAP Web-Dynpro.o Application of OSS notes.
- Design, develop, test, debug and implement SAP Applications and Support by working closely with functional team as well as end users.
- Document business processes and write Functional/Technical specifications.
- Develop test data and analyze problems in programs
- Express difficult and complex concepts clearly and concisely both orally and in writing.
- Write clear and logical reports, program documentation, and instructions.
- Work effectively and independently on assigned projects
- Train system users effectively.
- Meet established priorities and schedules.
- Perform other IT duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent, with 3 years relevant experience.
- Prior experience in SAP Abap reports using ALV, dialog programming, BDC, Layout sets, LSMW and Data dictionary.
- Experience in User Exits, Enhancement points, BADIs and BAPI is a must.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $7,500.00 per month
