The SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Sales leader carries the sales quota & NNN count target for S/4HANA Public Cloud for the region, evangelizes and engages customers, internal stakeholders, and the partner ecosystem, driving key change management activities focused on demand generation and pipeline qualification excellence to ensure successful opportunities, customer references, increased revenues and new customer wins aligned to the Public Cloud target customer profile.

**Responsibilities**
- Create a favorable climate towards SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud that creates trust, delivers against sales targets, and measurably demonstrates increased focus on S/4HANA Public Cloud in the region
- Attain trusted advisory status with SAP sales leadership by providing actionable insight and a programmatic approach to moving customers to SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud
- Seek out and build viable sales focus areas for ‘Net New Names’ with S/4HANA Public Cloud
- Collaborate with the global Public Cloud Tiger Team to identify whitespace opportunities at accounts to define the account strategy and identify business needs & incremental opportunities
- Maintain a close understanding and appreciation of competitive solutions and support the sales teams in competitive situations
- Champion a progressive scalable and reusable selling and deployment approach to drive the adoption of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud that promotes confidence, uptake and increases consumption
- Contribute to go-to-market plan for solutions, drive adoption and review solution success & analysis of customer insight
- Foster a strong conduit between the VAT team / customer accounts and development on key LoB / industry functionality needs
- Participate in one-to-many marketing events for specific industries or solution areas
- Deliver business workshops to discover and identify business needs
- Stays current on solution updates and roadmap topics
- Sponsor customer digital programs that create proof points, re-usable IP, references, and case studies
- Act as an Executive Advocate for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud deals and help the Industry Account Executives and extended VAT teams successfully drive the sales cycles
**Goals**
- Drive pipeline and contribute to budgeted revenue attainment & NNN count for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud
- Contribute to increased references / customer stories & renewals for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud
- Increase target profile for net new names adoption of SAP S/4HANA (Public) Cloud
- Evangelize our RISE with SAP Value Proposition both internally and externally
- Contribute to a culture the exemplifies our “how we run” culture (Build Bridges not Silos, Embrace Differences, Stay Curious, and Tell it Like it Is)
**Experience (Role Requirements)**- 5+ years’ experience of SAP ERP, S/4HANA preferably S/4HANA Public Cloud
- Public cloud mindset ideally with experience in selling and/or positioning public cloud solutions
- Ability to manage by impact and influence without reporting lines
- Change agent for delivering results and not just reporting them
- End to end business process knowledge so as to be able to share best practices & contribute to account strategy / development of sales cycle
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong program management skills
- Intellectual curiosity (ability to stay current...stay at the cutting edge)
- Thought leadership and act trusted advisor
