About the Team
The Enterprise Transformation (EX) team is the current SAP Partner of the Year for Singapore and SAP’s Regional Strategic Partner. The team is continuously building capabilities and competencies in line with SAP’s regional strategy, working with both new and existing clients on their transformation journeys.
Job Description:
This candidate will assume the Solution Architect / Pre-sales role at ABeam Consulting. Responsibilities include:
Responsibilities:
SAP solutioning during pre-sales and project lifecycle stages
Engaging customers for scoping and requirements gathering, developing overall solutions and landscapes
Supporting proposal preparation and presentations
Understanding customer requirements, providing clarifications, designing technical solutions, pricing, risk mitigation, and presenting decisions
Preparing demos for client presentations, including basic configuration setup
Managing customer and internal stakeholder relationships, driving executive presentations
Analyzing RFPs to guide proposal content within your area of expertise
Ensuring adherence to quality standards
Managing medium to large proposals independently
Validating solutions against customer needs and sales strategies
Implementing SAP ERP solutions and providing client support
Conducting design reviews and quality assurance of deliverables
Designing and developing SAP ERP solutions tailored to client needs
Integrating SAP ERP with other systems in the client’s IT landscape
Staying updated on SAP ERP technologies and best practices
Requirements:
Experience with cloud-based SAP ERP deployments
End-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation experience
Experience with S/4HANA conversion and migration projects
Hands-on configuration and solutioning skills
Deep knowledge of FICO and PS modules
Experience with inter-modular integrations within S/4HANA/ECC
Overall SAP experience of 8-10 years
Excellent communication skills
Experience leading teams
Ability to navigate change management processes with S/4HANA conversations and business process reengineering
Knowledge of SAP best practices and methodologies
Presales experience with S/4HANA implementations, conversions, and migrations
Problem-solving attitude
Optional: Experience with BPC/SAC and Cloud ALM for S/4HANA Public Cloud projects
