**SAP S/4 HANA Cloud Solution Leader, Asia-Pacific Japan**

SAP is looking for an energetic and experienced Solution Leader to provide deep product expertise and support to the SAP Mid-Market pre-sales team across Asia-Pacific & Japan.

This is an individual contributor role, and the selected person can be based anywhere in Asia-Pacific.
**What is the role about and how does it align to SAP’s objectives?**
The Mid-Market business segment is SAP’s growth engine, clocking very high rates of growth year-on-year, adding hundreds of new customers to SAP’s ecosystem, and one of the main drivers for this growth is SAP S/4 HANA Cloud.

The S/4 HANA Cloud Solution Leader will be the go-to solution expert to the broader Mid-Market pre-sales team. This position provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to customers, partners, and SAP’s pre-sales teams across Asia-Pacific & Japan.
**You will**:

- Bring deep expertise on the S/4 HANA Cloud solution,
- Coach and guide the pre-sales team as an expert and help them elevate their skill levels,
- Ensure quality of digital discovery assessments,
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to keep yourself and the team abreast of the roadmap,
- Collaborate with your peers in other solution areas to develop strategy to accelerate solution decision and deal progression,
- Personally lead strategic engagements and orchestrate pre-sales support
- Contribute to SAP and partner-led demand generation and pipeline building activities.
**Expected Outcomes**
The major outcomes that are expected to be delivered are:

- Achievement of Mid-Market business revenue targets and related metrics.
- Elevated skills and quality of S/4 HANA Cloud deals across the Mid-Market pre-sales team.
- Improved qualification, digital discovery, and accuracy of proposed solution scope.
- Successful delivery of identified and agreed projects/initiatives on S/4 HANA Cloud.
- Increased scale of pre-sales reach by helping partners become self-sufficient on S/4 HANA Cloud sales & pre-sales engagements, and on digital discovery.
**What are we looking for?**
- Demonstrable deep solution knowledge and expertise on S/4 HANA Cloud
Experience of an indirect sales engagement model and/or SMB/mid-market business (in SAP or elsewhere).
- Experience of coaching and leading colleagues
- Experience in supporting customers, colleagues, and partners in multiple countries, especially Asia-Pacific.
- Optional language fluency in Korean or Japanese
